General Wiring and Electrical Services

Faulty wiring is just one of the many problems that can happen with a residential electrical system done wrong. With a wide range of services, our electrical team helps with a variety of general residential electrical wiring, including: lighting repairs, motor and equipment wiring, installation of utilities and electrical panel upgrades.

All of our technicians are friendly and knowledgeable because we know what it's like to be in your shoes. We want you to know just how important your project is to us, so we do our best to ensure that you always come first.

Residential Electrical Wiring and Lighting Contractors

If you need any lighting work done around your home or investment property, your best bet is to call in a lighting contractor to do things for you.

Electrical Panel Upgrade

Old main panels may have limitations on available space to add breakers, have circuits that are maxed out, or are of inferior quality.

An electric service upgrade is often recommended or required to increase the capacity of the existing electrical service.

With all the new appliances and technical devices we rely on, we find that older homes just don’t have sufficient power available to handle the increased demand.

A service change may include not only upgrading your electric panel but upgrading your meter socket, the wire between the meter and panel, the wire between the utility and the meter, and the grounding system as well.

Systems Wiring for Home Office and Lighting

The electrical systems in homes and residential buildings are becoming increasingly complex.

In order to service our customers, we provide leading industry expertise and cost-efficient solutions for a variety of needs, including:

  • Overhead Lights
  • Task, cove and spot lighting for home office setups
  • Exit and emergency lights for apartment or condo buildings

Using LED office lights will considerably reduce electric bills and create a good working environment for office staff. Not only will maintenance costs reduce, but also LED lights will not harm the environment upon disposal.

Lighting and Fixtures Installations and Upgrades

When it comes to lighting, there is no shortage of options out there. Replacing fixtures can make an incredible difference to the aesthetics of your home, and increase the value for current and prospective homeowners.

Electrical installation in the house mostly include lights and fixtures. Light fixtures are pretty straightforward, but upgrading fixtures in an entire residential dwelling is time-consuming. At Electrical Elite, our technicians have the experience to do the job efficiently and do it right the first time.

Wiring EV Chargers, Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners

The equipment going into new homes today draws far more power than it did a decade ago. A Level 2 EV charger, a cold-climate heat pump, and central air on the same panel add up fast, and each one needs a properly sized circuit, the right conductor and breaker, and a disconnect where code requires it. We wire all three at rough-in, and we plan the load calculation so the panel supports what the homeowner installs now and what they add later. Every circuit is permitted, ESA inspected, and terminated to manufacturer torque specs — so the equipment runs the way it was designed to from the first day.

Additional Plugs and Switches

Adding plugs, switches, and lighting can increase functionality and productivity. Although the lighting system in your home office may be complex, adding a switch is an easy way to give more control.

Adding outlets to a nearby circuit can be more complicated, as too many power sources can lead to overloaded circuits, damaged electronics, or fire hazards.

Our technicians will inspect your panel, evaluate how many plugs can be added to the system, and then safely install and wire additional plugs for your home workspace.

Home Office Electrical

Home office electrical systems include wiring of equipment, data ports, and general aesthetics. While the configurations of systems may vary, the look and functionality remain the key component to successful installs.

At Electrical Elite, our technicians provide custom residential electrical wiring for home offices.

We are dedicated to ensuring that all your needs are met, so your home office or workstation is comfortable, stylish and operational.

New Home Builds

Complete rough-in and finish wiring for new residential construction. We come in at framing to work from your plans — installing panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and any dedicated circuits your appliances need. Whether you're a builder or a homeowner running your own build, we handle the permits, the ESA inspection, and every wire in between. Built to code, ready to move in.

Renovations

Kitchens, basements, additions, and full remodels. Older wiring often isn't sized for today's appliances and electronics — we assess what's there, add the new circuits and lighting your project needs, and handle any panel upgrades required to power it all. We work directly with homeowners or alongside your contractor, and we pull the permits so your renovation passes inspection the first time.
